Are Seance Perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We use synthetic musks and ethically sourced botanicals to ensure our products are as kind as they are captivating.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs.
What is your return policy for fragrances?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes. We highly recommend purchasing our 2ml sample vials before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label has been created, we can no longer modify the order.
What should I do if my bottle arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
